It’s been a busy summer!

As realtors, it is our goal to be our best for our clients. We are working hard to serve the needs of our customers, whether they have their home on the market or they are looking for their next home. This summer has been busy for us – which means success for our clients. We are continuing to work hard for them while looking for new ways to expand our business and provide even more resources to our present and future clients. Several projects have already been launched this summer, including this blog and our new Instagram account. We are also putting the finishing touches on our weekly newsletter that will be coming soon. There will also be an announcement in September for our next (and most exciting) move yet. Please stayed tuned as we’d love to share what’s next for our group!

So until our newsletter is officially launched, we wanted to share a few of the great homes we currently have listed. We hope you’ll love them as much as we do:)

5809 Godwin Road – 1,600 sq.ft., 3 bed / 2.5 bath, 6+ acres. This home has beautiful views and a barn – perfect for horses and pets.

4035 Miles Johnson Parkway – 3,930 sq.ft., 5 bed / 4.5 bath, large lot. Located in Spring Hill, this home gives the small town living with easy accessibility to Franklin and Nashville.

161 Forest Ridge Road – 864 sq.ft., 2 bed / 1 bath, 20 acres. This home is such a cool find! It is totally off the grid! A great fit for someone looking for a quiet retreat with plenty of privacy.

If you’re interested in hearing more about any of the homes we currently have, or would like to view others, feel free to reach out to us. Check us out on Facebook and Instagram for more updates and photos – The Pogue Group at Town and Country Realtors.
